Are Futiro phones supported on Windows Vista?
Yes, Windows Vista users should download the latest software to ensure compatibility. If you are experiencing problems with the Futiro software running on Windows Vista, please try the following: Right-click the Futiro icon on the Desktop. Click on Properties and then on the Compatibility tab.Ensure that the Compatibility Mode box is ticked and that Windows XP (Service Pack 2) is selected in the list box. Restart Windows.
Are Futiro phones supported on Mac?
All audio is being played through my Futiro phone. You may need to change your default audio device settings.

Click on the Futiro icon in the list and click Remove then OK. The Skype access window should appear, click on "Allow this program to use Skype" and click OK. Finally click Save to close the Skype options. Skype 3.2 for Windows: double click on Skype and go to Tools->Options->Advanced->Updates->Manage other programs access to Skype. Click on the Futiro icon in the list and click Remove then OK. Click Save. The Skype access window should appear, click on "Allow this program to use Skype" and click OK. Other VoIP Apps: ensure that you have the correct version on the VoIP application installed and that the Futiro handset is connected directly into your computer's USB port.
3. Is the Phone plugged into a USB port? The USB phone needs to be plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. USB hubs are not recommended.
4. Is the LED on the phone on? (Luna Only) If not, there may be a problem with your USB port. If possible try a different USB port. Do not use a USB hub.
5. Is Skype installed on your computer? Check your desktop and/or your program list to see if Skype is installed.
6. Have you logged into Skype? Double click the Skype icon on your desktop, if prompted for your Skype name and password, enter them and click on Sign In.
7. Is the Futiro software installed on you computer? Check your desktop and/or your program list to see if Futiro is installed. If not, please download the latest drivers.
8. Is the Futiro software running? Windows: If the Futiro software is running you will see the Futiro icon on the system tray of your computer. You may need to click on << to show hidden icons. If the Futiro icon is not on the system tray, double click the Futiro icon on your desktop to run the software. Mac: If the Futiro software is running, the Futiro logo will appear in the top-right corner of your screen on the application menu bar. If the icon is not visible, open the Applications folder in Finder and double-click the Futiro icon to run the software.
I am unable to call a landline or mobile phone. You need to purchase SkypeOut credit from www.skype.com to call a landline or mobile phone. Other VoIP applications may not provide this service. Please check with the application's vendor for more information.
I have inserted the Futiro CD into my computer and nothing is happening. Open up My Computer on your PC or laptop and double click on your CD ROM drive. The software installation GUI will then be displayed. If the installation GUI does not autorun, you may also need to navigate to the FSCommand folder and double-click futirousb_setup.exe.
